How this service works

East London Damp Survey is a free introduction service run by ELDS Leads. We don't carry out surveys or damp treatment ourselves. When you send an enquiry, we pass it to up to 3 independent local specialists who cover your area. They quote you directly, and any contract is between you and them.

How we choose specialists

We only introduce surveyors who carry out damp and mould investigations in East London. Before we introduce anyone, we ask them to show us their relevant qualifications (for example RICS building surveying membership or damp surveying qualifications such as CSRT or CSSW) and current professional indemnity insurance, and to tell you up front if they also sell damp-proofing treatments. We don't make claims about any accreditation a specialist hasn't shown us.

How we're paid

We may receive a fee from specialists for introductions or advertising. It never changes what you pay, and you're under no obligation to use anyone we introduce.

We never cold call

We only respond to people who contact us through this website. If someone calls or knocks claiming to be from us, it isn't us.

Complaints

If something goes wrong, send us a message through our enquiry form and we'll look into it. Because the work is contracted with the specialist, your contract rights are with them.
